The organization, "All India Kayastha Mahasabha," which is over one and a quarter century old and a descendant of Maharaja Shri Chitragupta's lineage, has taken the decision to bring invaluable transformations in its organizational structure and operational culture. The Mahasabha has resolved to promptly implement various action plans that will lead to the expansion of its organization on a nationwide scale, thereby fortifying the Kayastha community. In pursuit of this commitment, the national-level office bearers of the All India Kayastha Mahasabha (ABKM) convened a virtual meeting with representatives from the northern, southern, eastern, western, and central states. During this introductory meeting, it was determined that all efforts would be selflessly oriented toward fostering the advancement, strength, and betterment of the Kayastha community.
During the meeting, the organization's National Secretary, Arun Kumar Shrivastav, who attended as the chief guest, stated that in accordance with the demand of changing times, the organization's working system, ideology, and structure need to be molded accordingly.
Chairing the meeting, the National Organizing Secretary of the organization, Chandan Arun Sinha, stated that meetings of this nature will continue to occur at intervals over time, and they will involve meaningful discussions about crafting plans for the forthcoming period and evaluating the progress of previous initiatives. He emphasized that in the pursuit of strengthening the organization, everyone must work with selflessness, respect, coordination, and support. He further allocated tasks to various officers based on their qualifications on this occasion.
On this occasion, the coordinator of the meeting, Shambhu Prasad, the National Joint Organizing Secretary of the organization, stated that change is necessary. Those who have adapted to change over time possess the ability to progress in any situation. Hence, it is imperative today that the organization, according to current needs, is redefined in a new light and moved forward.
The Convener of the meeting, Animesh Bisaria, the National Senior Vice President of the organization, provided information about the organization's activities, objectives, and future plans. He highlighted the need to work in various fields for the expansion of the organization and discussed the steps to be taken to involve youth more actively.
The meeting was conducted by the Vice President of the All India Kayastha Mahasabha Women's Wing, Training and Skill Development, Mrs. Udita Dixit Mandal, who had all the participating members introduce themselves to each other during the meeting. In the meeting, individuals such as Ashok Khare from Katni, Manas Bohidar from Bolangir, Vijay Kumar from Purnia, Manoj Sahay from Kodarma, and A. Kumar from Uttar Pradesh Uttarakhand primarily joined.
